MechQuick - Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MechQuick website or mobile application, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered

MechQuick provides on-demand roadside assistance and vehicle maintenance services for two, three, four, and six-wheelers. Our services include basic repairs, towing, and advanced diagnostics through our mobile app, connecting customers to certified mechanics in their vicinity.

3. Service Availability

MechQuick strives to provide services 24/7. However, service availability may be subject to geographical limitations, network connectivity, or unexpected operational issues.

4. Account Registration

To use MechQuick, users must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. MechQuick will not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user’s negligence.

5. Booking and Payment

All service bookings must be made through the MechQuick app or website. Upon booking, payment for services must be made via the payment methods provided. MechQuick applies a 20% service fee to each booking. Users may also subscribe to different membership plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum) offering exclusive benefits.

6. Subscription Plans

MechQuick offers subscription plans for customers seeking regular services. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis as per the selected plan (monthly, yearly). Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for restricting access to your computer or device. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Liability and Warranty

MechQuick acts as an intermediary between customers and mechanics. While we vet and certify our service providers, MechQuick is not liable for any damages, delays, or incomplete services resulting from the actions of independent mechanics. Any warranty claims or disputes must be resolved directly between the customer and the service provider.

9. Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data. Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. MechQuick will not share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

10. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy below for details on eligibility for refunds.

11. Amendments

MechQuick reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

MechQuick - Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

MechQuick strives to ensure that our customers receive high-quality services. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the service provided, or if the service could not be completed, you may be eligible for a refund.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If the service could not be provided due to unavailability of a technician.
  • If the technician fails to arrive within 1 hour of the scheduled time without prior notice.
  • If the service was canceled by the technician or MechQuick due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If the service quality does not meet the stated standards, and it is verified by MechQuick.

3. Refund Process

Customers must initiate a refund request within 7 days of the service completion date. Refund requests can be initiated through the MechQuick app or by contacting customer support at support@mechquick.com.

4. Refund Approval

Once your refund request has been received, our team will review the claim and determine eligibility. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

The following cases are non-refundable:

  • Services that were completed as agreed without quality issues.
  • Subscription fees after the billing cycle has been initiated.
  • Any services canceled less than 30 minutes before the scheduled time without rescheduling.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. In case of delays or issues, please contact our customer support team.

7. Subscription Refunds

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, any subscription fees already paid will not be refunded. Cancellation of subscription will prevent further billing, but no refund will be provided for any unused period within the billing cycle.

8. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes regarding the services or refunds, we encourage customers to first reach out to our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be achieved, disputes may be escalated to independent arbitration as per our terms.
